摘要
目的建立样品的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Kromasil C18(5μm,4.6×250mm),流动相为甲醇-水(23∶77),检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0ml.min-1,柱温35℃。结果及结论采用高效液相法对样品的含量测定进行了研究,本方法简便、准确、重复性好,为建立样品含量限度提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of samples. Methods The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18（5μm,4.6 × 250mm）, the mobile phase was methanol-water（23 ： 77 ）, the detection wavelength was 250nm, the flow rate was 1. 0ml· min^-1 and the column temperature was 35℃ . Results and conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproductive and provides a reliabie basis for estabiishing the content limitation of samples.
