摘要
进行汽车电动助力转向系统EPS性能的研究与开发,关键是要有一套模拟汽车运行路面状况的加载系统。本文对汽车EPS被动式电液伺服加载系统进行了结构设计及模型建立,并对系统进行了仿真及PID调节。Simulink仿真结果表明该系统设计符合要求,能够有效地改善测试系统的加载性能,对电动助力转向系统控制器的设计具有指导意义。
Electro-hydraulic servo loading device of EPS in automobile is the key fundamental equipments for EPS performance test in lab.In order to obtain preferable performance and precision of loading.This paper is carry through PID control of the system through identification and analysis of the electro-hydranlic Loading system of EPS in automobile.The simulation results of simulink show the feasibility of the method, and it can improve the characteristics of system effectively. This research can be used to determine the assist controller design.
