摘要
运用X光衍射的方法研究了稀土元素Tb对形状记忆合金Ni50Mn29Ga21金相组织的影响.结果表明,稀土元素Tb的加入可以明显地减小合金的晶粒尺寸,提高马氏体在合金中的含量,但是也使得合金的磁感生应变在经历一段上升后发生回落.
Effect of terbium on the metallographic structure of Ni50Mn29Ga21 magnetic memory alloy was investigated by means of XRD, which showed that the grain size of the alloy decreased dramatically and the content of martensite in the alloy increased with increasing the addition of Tb. Resultant force of grain size and content of martensite made the magnetostriction strain of alloys increasing( x 〈 0.1% ) and then decreasing.
