摘要
在过去二十年,中国保持了高速的经济增长,但同时也面临着严峻的能源和环境问题。文章通过对中国经济增长代价的分析,提出用“绿色GDP”来重新审视中国的经济增长。
In the past two decades, China has kept the rapid economic growth, but at the same time faces the serious energy and environment problem. This paper discusses the costs of the China＇s economic growth, and proposes to rethink China＇s economic growth by green GDP.
