摘要 ①目的评价三维数字减影血管造影(3DDSA)在颅内动脉瘤治疗中的价值。②方法对23例动脉瘤术前术后的3DDSA与2DDSA图像进行比较,分析动脉瘤的形状、瘤颈的显示、治疗方法的可行性并行术后价值评估。③结果与2DDSA相比,3DDSA能更清晰地显示动脉瘤的形状及瘤颈,更准确地判断动脉瘤治疗方法的可行性,准确判断动脉瘤的栓塞及夹闭程度。④结论3DDSA在颅内动脉瘤治疗和术后评估方面具有重要的价值,能提供许多2DDSA不能提供的有价值信息。 Objective To evaluate the effect of three-dimensional (3D) digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm. Methods A comparison of 2D DSA and 3D DSA was made in 23 patients with aneurysms, pre-and post-operatively, in terms of the shape and the neck of the aneurysm, the feasibility of therapy and post-operative evaluation. Results Compared with 2D DSA, 3D DSA could more clearly depict the aneurysm shape and neck, and exactly show the feasibility of endovascular or microsurgical treatment, correctly judge the degree of embolization and clipping. Conclusion 3D DSA is of great value in the treatment and evaluation of intracranial aneurysm. It can provide valuable information for endovascular and microsurgical treatment that 2D DSA can not provide.
