摘要
论述了内燃机制造企业内四大物流的状态及相互之间的关系,提出了整合企业内部物流的设想,并在信息化技术引领和支撑下,使企业四大物流分割管理的现实改变为集中统一归口管理的模式,充分发挥物流的整体规模效应优势,凸现物流增值服务的价值,从而提升企业的综合竞争能力。
This paper discusses current status of and relation among four kinds of logistics in internal combustion engine manufacturing industry: logistics of supply, production, sales and service, and presents a proposal of reorganizing these logistics under guidance of and with support of information technology. By together managing of these four logistics that are usually managed in separate in an enterprise, an advantage of scale effect logistic will be fully explored and value added modem logistic will be maximized, thus to improve overall competitive capability of an enterprise.
