摘要
利用1952~1968年、1978~2002年实测水文资料,从河流学和河床演变学出发,考虑防洪、防凌和水资源的开发利用,分析了黄河上游干流主要站近期洪水、径流、输沙特性、时空分布规律和变化特点,揭示了黄河上游径流泥沙年际年内及地域空间上的变化规律,探讨了流域综合治理对水沙特性的影响,建议注重设防'小流量、高水位'的大洪水.
Using the hydrology data from 1952 to 1968 and from 1978 to 2002, considering flood control, ice defend and water resources, according to river dynamics, this paper analyzes characteristics of the floods, runoff and sediment, which show the sediment law of space-time. It discusses the impact of water conservancy on sediment in upper reach of Yellow river, and suggests the flood with small discharge and high water level should be focused.
