摘要
介绍了用爆炸焊接法生产铜/钢油膜轴承衬板时爆炸工艺参数的确定原则,提出了小面积复合板合并焊接、涂黄油保护复板及将起爆点设置在后续加工切除点的爆炸焊接方法。其技术可供类似爆炸焊接工程参考和借鉴。
The principle is introduced in this paper how to determine the explosive technique parameters in manufacture of the copper/steel kehnet scaleboard with the method of explosive welding. Some ways of explosive welding are put forward as that： welding the cladding plates of less area in united form, protecting the cladding plate by spreading butter on it, setting the initiation point on the place where will be cut in sequent machining process, it can be a reference for analogous engineerings.
