摘要
介绍了轨迹成型法加工装置的结构原理和加工方法,分析了截取参数(α,θ,L)与非球面度G之间的关系,G对α,θ,L的导数相对于θ和α的变化率,归化后,分别在0~100,-800~600,-4000~2000范围内.并进一步分析了(α,θ,L)与初级像差之间的关系,证明了两者之间的一致性.最后指明了机床设计时,为保证加工精度,应依次严格控制α,θ,L.
The equipment's structure principle and process method of the locus shaping method to manufacture aspheric parts are illuminated, the relations between intercepting parameter (α, θ, L) and aspheric degree G are analyzed, the differential coefficients of G by α, θ, L are educed, and its change range are correspondingly 0 -100, -800 -600, -4 000 - 2 000 when unifying processed. Moreover, the relations between (α,θ, L) and primary optic aberration coefficients are analyzed, and its' variety are identical to the former. Finally, the intercepting parameter should be strict controlled are α, θ, L in turn in order to ensure the manufacture precision when a relevant machine tool are designed.
