摘要
激光诱导荧光是毛细管电泳和微芯片电泳重要的检测方法。半导体激光器(或称激光二极管)以其价格低、体积小、寿命长、稳定可靠的优势,在激光诱导荧光分析方面,得到了人们的广泛重视。特别是在分析仪器小型化的时代,会带来巨大的影响。本文就其与毛细管电泳和微芯片电泳联用的检测装置、检测方法、荧光试剂、分析应用和发展趋势作了综述。
The diode laser-induced fluorescence detection will be highly appreciated in capillary, electrophoresis and microchip electrophoresis because of the diode laser's merits of economy, delicate volume, high stableness and durability, especially at present the analytical instruments are destined to be much smaller and more powerful in functionalities. The review presents an overview of the diode laser-induced fluorescence detection in eapillary electrophoresis and microchip electrophoresis.
