摘要
小角X射线散射实验数据分3个区域:Guinier区、分形区和Porod区.这3个区域的数据不都是完整的,但是应该有剩余信息.根据实验数据的剩余信息和已知的理论应该能够把实验数据完全预测出来.笔者对北京同步辐射装置小角实验站实验数据处理过程中遇到的问题进行了分析并提出了改进方案.
Experimental data of small angle scattering can be divided into three regions： Guinier region, fractal region and Porod region. Not all these three regions＇ data are complete, but residual information should exist. Experimental data can be forecasted theoretically by the residual information. In this paper, the problems in the treatment of the experimental data of Small Angle Scattering Station at Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility are analyzed and the measures to solve them are proposed.
