摘要
采用化学连续提取法对福州西湖两个柱状沉积物样品中垂向不同形态磷进行分级提取分析.结果表明:1#样品表层沉积物总磷含量在830 μg/g左右,垂向各层总磷呈'S'状分布;2#样品表层沉积物总磷含量在700 μg/g左右,垂向各层总磷呈'7'状分布.两个柱状沉积物垂向各层均以无机磷为主,占总磷含量的80%~90%,其中铁磷含量远远高于铝磷和钙磷的含量,占总磷量的50%~60%.两个柱状沉积物垂向各层中闭蓄态磷含量很低,说明沉积物中自然来源的磷很少,主要以人为输入为主, 垂向各层磷形态和含量的不同,反映了不同时期和不同程度的人为输入磷的污染.
A Sequential extraction procedure was used for the extraction of the vertical of phosphorus form in the sediment of the Fuzhou West Lake. The results showed that the content of total phosphorus in the 1# surface sediment was about 830 μg/g, which variation of vertical sediment was “S” shape, and the content of total phosphorus in the 2# surface sediment was about 700 μg/g, which variation of vertical sediment was “7” shape . Inorganic phosphorus were the major phosphorus species in the vertical sediments, which occupied 80 %-90 % of the total phosphorus, and Fe-P was the major phosphorus species of the inorganic phosphorus, which occupied 50 % -60 % of the total phosphorus, The low proportion of occluded phosphorus in the vertical sediment suggested that most proportion of the phosphorus were from anthropogenic source, and the vertical variation of phosphorus forms and content suggested different time and different degree input of the anthropogenic phosphorus.
