摘要
研究了福州市西湖沉积物中碱性磷酸酶活性(PAP)的垂向分布特征,探讨了其活性的来源及影响因素.初步的研究表明:西湖沉积物中的碱性磷酸酶活性和底泥中溶解性磷的变化趋势基本一致,但高浓度的溶解性磷对APA产生一定的抑制作用;活性的来源与水体中沉积下来生物的残体以及微生物代谢物有关.
