摘要
运用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪由对不同粒径的材料组成的抗红外发烟剂进行了测试,对发烟剂原材料粒径影响烟幕红外消光能力的规律及成因进行了研究。结果表明:在试验测试范围内,发烟剂原材料中氧化剂和还原剂粒径越小,形成烟幕的红外遮蔽能力越强;成烟物质粒径越小,红外遮蔽能力越强。根据影响规律设计了新型发烟剂,其在远红外波段的遮蔽能力优于制式HC发烟剂。
Based on the test ofanti-IR smoke agents with the help of FTIR the relationship of infrared extinction effect with materials granularity was studied. The result showed that smoke has stronger obscuring capability along with file decreasing of the granularity of oxidizer and reducing agent. As the forming component of smoke, graphite has the same rule, On the basis of above regularities, a new smoke agent is prepared, which has better extinction capability than the ordinary one at far infrared wave-bond.
