摘要
目的应用数据仓库技术构建医院统计数据资源库。方法面向主题建模,基于军卫一号工程OLTP数据环境,应用Oracle9.2OWB9.0数据仓库软件创建事实表和维度表,应用Oracle9iDatabaseConfigurationAssistant构建统计数据资源库。结果建立了基于8个事实表和4个维度表,以门诊、住院、辅诊、手术、药品、卫生经济和设备为主题的统计数据资源库。结论实现了HIS数据统计需求的零损失提取、网络环境下统计数据资源库的方便、快捷调用和医院统计数据的完整性、延续性保存和系统化、规范化管理。
Objective To establish Hospital Statistic Data - Resource Base by using the techniques of dada warehouse. Methods To build subject-oriented model; To develop the instance tables and dimensionality tables development based on OLTP and the data warehouse software of Oracle 9.20WB 9.0 ; To establish statistic data-resource base by using Oracle 9i Database Configuration Assistant. Results 8 insiance tables, 4 dimensionality tables were established. Also developed were the 6 data - bases based on the subjects out - patient, in - patient, examination - diagnosis, operation, pharmacy, medical - economics and equipment respectively. Conclusion The statistic data - base are built from the HIS using ETL（ Extract Transform Load） without any loss. And they could be conveniently and rapidly accessed and used in hospital management.
