摘要
通过对安全文化内涵的分析,结合我国煤矿企业的安全实践,提出了煤矿建设安全文化的必要性,以及建设安全文化的原则、途径和手段。
Based on analysis of contents of safety culture in coal mine and according to status of safe operation in Chinese coal mines, the necessity of establishment of safety culture and its principle and realization ways are discussed.
