This text has introduced the optimization and improvement of the living heating water of concentrated supply in LinYuan Refinery’s living quarters .Expound the comparison of measure content,discussion about the economic question of technology,the estimating of investment and economic benefits,ect.,have pointed out optimizing and improved implementing scheme.
