摘要
FODCS实现了生产过程的实时监控,但管理层对生产决策不及时。网关机从控制系统取得数据后,以UDP数据包的形式发送到MIS网的数据服务器,管理者可以在办公室里通过internet以系统模拟图的方式远程监控实时的生产情况,从而实现了生产过程的管控一体化。
The FODCS carries out monitoring and controlling of the manufacturing process,but managers can＇t make a decision in timeAfter obtaining the data from the control system,the gateway computer sends out the data server of the MIS network with data wrap of UDP form,and then the managers can monitor the manufacturing process in time,thus it carries out the control integral whole of supervision and control to the manufacturing process.
