摘要
介绍了一种针对传统FZ电气控制烟草包装机系统的技改方案,该方案采用INTERBUS现场总线和PLC控制模块对传统的FZ逻辑控制电路进行了技术改造,它能够有效地提高包装机电气系统的稳定性,方便数据采集,减少维护工作量,方便备件订购。
The paper introduces a technical improvement method of FZ electrical system of tobacco packing machine in service in our factory,in which INTERBUS field bus and PLC control module was used to replace traditional logic circuit.After technical improvement,system stability for GDX2 was improved,the maintenance and back-up work simplified.
