摘要
用Visual Basic设计了一种基于C/S模式的OPC客户端,通过OPC实现了Visual Basic与SIEMENS WinCC之间动态的数据交换,给出了具体的实现步骤和程序;该方法成功地应用于电机测试监控系统的设计中,解决了WinCC实时数据转储到SQL数据库的难题,投运结果表明,系统达到了规定的设计性能指标和要求,且运行稳定。
This paper presents a design method of an OPC client in Visual Basic based on C/S modal.By the OPC client,we can acquire WinCC tags in the WinCC project from the WinCC OPC server,the concrete steps and programs are offered in details.The method has been successfully applied the monitor and control system of motor-testing,and solved the datum transference problem from WinCC to SQL database.At last,the results of operation show that the control system has achieved the performances and satisfied the demands of factory,and it works steadily.
