摘要
高校师德建设是高校思想政治工作的关键环节。在师德建设过程中要注意处理好最低底线与最终目标、权利与义务、内部自律与外部强制的辩证关系。另外,要抓住领导干部的师德建设这个枢纽,建立健全科学的评价体系,建立师德培训的长效机制,抓好典型示范工作。
Morality construction of teachers is the key step in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. In the process of teachers＇ morality construction, focus should be on dealing with dialectic relations between the minimum bottom and the ultimate goal,rights and obligations,internal discipline and external mandatory instructions. Besides, emphasis should be on the morality construction of leaders ,establish and perfect the scientific evaluation system, set up long term mechanism for training of teachers＇ morality, and focus on the demonstration of exemplary teachers.
