摘要
我国干部人事制度改革已逐步展开,取得了重大进展,获得了不少好的经验,同时,也还存在着不少问题。应从干部的“选拔、退出、培训、监督管理”这四个方面创新干部选拔和任用机制,以解决当前存在的问题,从而形成富有生机和活力的选人任用新机制。
The reform of personnel system for cadres in China has been launched gradually and has made great progress and obtained good experience. Meanwhile, there are Many problems. We should innovate the mechanism of cadre selection and appointment from such aspects as "selection,withdrawal,training,as well as supervision and management" so as to solve the existing problems and develop a new mechanism with life and vigor.
