摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的确切病因尚未明确,肥胖是其发病的一个重要因素已得到众多学者的公认。瘦素是影响脂肪代谢的主要激素,因此,本文从瘦素、肥胖和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的相互关系作一综述。
