摘要
用体外单细胞定量法研究中性粒细胞(PMN)和血管内皮细胞(VEC)的粘附性。结果发现:脂多糖内毒素(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)均可诱导VEC粘附性迅速升高,12h后达高峰。TNF和LPS两者可导致PMN粘附性迅速升高,30min达高峰,以后基本保持该状态,IL-1则对PMN的粘附性无明显影响。实验结果提示主要前炎性因子在导致PMN-VEC粘附性增高作用上有很高的一致性,但也有一定差别。
The adhesion of polymorphonuclear neuttophil(PMN)to vascular endothelial cell(VEC) mediated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS),tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and interleukin 1(IL 1) was determinated by the use of micromanipulation technique.The results showed that treatment of VEC with LPS,TNF and IL 1 all caused a rapid increase in cell adhesive ability which maintain increased and was maximal after 12 hours of exposure to above factors.Treatment of PMN with LPS and TNF also caused a rapid increase which achieved the peak value within 30 minutes,and maintain in this condition in later period.In contrast, IL 1 had no effect to the adhesive ability of PMN.The results suggest that the main proinflammtory factors have great resemblance in enhancing PMN VEC adhesion ,but have a little difference.
