摘要
采用选择性舌动脉插管脲素注射治疗３２例舌部血管瘤，每日注射一次，每次注射４０％脲素２～５ｍ１，一疗程为１０～１５天。第一个疗程治愈２５例（７８．１３％），余７例（２１．８７％）在第二疗程采用局部注射后治愈。选择性舌动脉插管注射脲素治疗舌部血管瘤是一种方法简便、经济、安全、可靠、无毒副作用的较好方法。
Selective arteriocatheterization with urea injection was administered to 32 cases of lingual hemangiomas. Two to five milliters of 40%urea were injected once a day for 10─15 days as a course. Twenty─five cases (78.13%)were cured in one course. The other 7 cases (21. 87%)were cured in the 2nd course. The results suggest that selective arteriocatheterization with urea injection is a safe,convenient and effective technique in the treatment for lingual hemangioma.
