摘要
通过气阴两虚兼血瘀的病机、益气养阴活血法的作用机制分析及临床疗效验证,得出糖尿病应以益气养阴活血立法,疾病初期以滋阴清热或气阴双补为主,进而以益气养阴活血法贯穿始终。
According to the analysis of the pathogenesis of Qi and Yin deficiency,blood stasis and the method of invigorating Qi,nourishing Yin and activating blood, curative effect,diabetes should be treated by the method of invigorating Qi,nourishing Yin and activating blood. Giving priority to nourishing Yin and clearing away pathogenic heat or invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin at the early days of the disease,then keep the method of invigorating Qi,nourishing Yin and activating blood from the start to the end.
