摘要
大学生就业是一个关系其个人前途和全社会发展稳定的大事,历来为社会各界所关注。通过问卷调查了解我校毕业生择业观的演变趋势和现状,进一步了解和把握我校毕业生选择职业的普遍规律。同时,对调查反映出来的问题进行了系统的归纳总结,并针对我校实际情况,提出了一些解决问题的方法和对策,将有助于我校毕业生的就业指导工作。
The graduates obtain employment issue, which has always been paid close attention to by public, has a great relationship with the students future and with the development of the whole society. The views of development trend and current situation in obtain employment from the graduates of our college have been known through the questionnaire investigation. The further understanding of the general role in obtain employment has been made. After summarizing the problems reflected in this investigation, some solving methods and countermeasures have been proposed under our current situation. That will contribute to the careers of guidance work to the graduates of our college.
