摘要
目的探讨氨基糖苷类抗生素致聋的原因。方法检索1994年以来医药刊中庆大霉素、阿米卡星、小诺霉素致聋报道,按用药指征、剂量、用法等指标分析其用药合理性。结果检得13篇文献25例致聋报道,不合理用药占76%。结论合理用药是避免该类药物致聋的关键。
Objective To analyze the reason of deafness caused by Aminoglycosides. Methods We search all reports that are related to Gentamicin, Amikacin or Micronomicin which cause deafness in the medicine magazine since 1994, and analyze the rationality of utilization according to the reason of using medicine, dosage, usage, etc. Results 25 cases are obtained from 13 reports in total, the improper application of drugs accounts is 76%. Conclusion Using Aminoglycoside antibiotics rationally is the key to prevent from causing deafness.
