吡格列酮对早期糖尿病肾病尿白蛋白排泄率的影响 被引量:3

The Effects of Pioglitazone on Urinaryalbumin Excretion Rate of Early Diabetic Nephropathy.

摘要 目的观察吡格列酮对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的影响。方法选择60例早期DN患者,将其随机分为两组,各30例。在常规降糖、降压药治疗的基础上,治疗组加用吡格列酮30mg/d口服,连用8周。观察两组患者治疗前、后UAER、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)的变化。结果(1)治疗组患者治疗前、后UAER、HbA1c均值间差别有显著性意义(P<0·01),对照组患者治疗前、后各观察指标间差别均无显著性意义(P>0·05);(2)治疗前两组患者的UAER、HbA1c、BUN、SCr、Ccr的均值间差别均无显著性意义(P>0·05);治疗后UAER、HbA1c均值间差别均有显著性意义(P<0·05),而BUN、SCr、Ccr的均值间差别仍无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论吡格列酮可明显减少早期糖尿病肾病患者的UAER,并有显著降低血糖的作用。 Objective To study the effects of pioglitazone on urinaryalbumin excretion rate (UAER) of early diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods 60 patients of type 2 diabetic with early DN were randomly divided into the control group and the treated group. UAER, giycosylated hemoglobin (GHb, I-IbA1c), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr), endogenous creation clearance rate (Ccr) figures were compared between the two groups before the treatment and eight weeks after the treatment. Results After the treatment, UAER, HbA 1 c had been decreased significantly in the treated group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ) ; while there was no significant decrease in BUN, Ccr and SCr had been found in both groups during the follow - up ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Pioglitazone can obviously decrease UAER of patients with early DN, and have the function of lowering the blood sugar.
