摘要
设计了一套实验室加氢反应生成山梨醇的装置,用来测试含钌加氢催化剂的活性,比较了反应过程中温度、压力和搅拌速度对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,测定含钌加氢催化剂的最佳条件为:温度在120℃ ̄140℃之间,压力在3MPa ̄4MPa之间,搅拌速度在200r/min ̄400r/min之间。用氧化还原滴定法测定含钌加氢催化剂的活性是可行的,与国外原有的测试方法相比,测试温度和压力要低得多,且测试时间缩短。
A set of laboratory-seal device in which the sorbierite is formed by hydrogenation is desighned for measuring the activity of ruthenium-hydrogenation catalyzer, and the effects of temperature,pressure and stir speed on the activity of catalyzer are also analyzed.The results show that the appropriate testing condition is as follows: temperature is 120℃~140℃, pressure is 3 MPa~4 MPa, and milling speed is 200 r/min~400 r/min.It is feasible to mensurate the activity of hydrogenation catalyzer by oxidation-reduction titration. As compared with overseas mensuration, the temperature and pressure for mensurating are much lower and the mensurating duration is short.
