摘要
本文采用一种非表面活性杀精子剂-1-取代咪唑衍生物SM-3,按照国际计划生育基金会认可的杀精子实验方法,对20例大鼠精液、20例人精液进行了体外杀精试验,并观察了药物与粘液(新鲜鸡蛋清)混合后的杀精效果.结果表明,SM-3与人精液作用20秒时,最低有效杀精浓度为0.09±0.03mg/ml;SM-3与大鼠精液作用20秒时,最低有效杀精浓度为0.78±0.15mg/ml;SM-3与代粘液混合后对大鼠与人精子的杀精效应没有明显改变.SM-3可望成为一种新型、高效、安全的阴道避孕剂,值得进一步研究.
SM -3 was investigated for in vitro spermicidal activity in semen and mucus (egg white) in comparison with the established spermicidal agent nonoxynol - 9 following the experimental method accepted by the International Planned Parenthood Federation(IPPF). The data showed that the lowest spermicidal concentration of SM -3 within 20 seconds of its action on sperms was 0. 78± 0. 15mg/ml for rat and 0. 09± 0. 03mg/ml for human sperm respectively. When mixed with the mucus, SM - 3 had similar spermicidal activity both in rat and in human semen.
