摘要
目的探讨戊二醛消毒剂对酶联免疫法(ELISA)造成的假阳性及假阴性影响,为临床免疫实验室合理选择消毒剂提供依据。方法夹心ELISA(以乙肝表面抗原试剂进行实验)及竞争ELISA(以乙肝e抗体试剂进行实验),以自带阴性及阳性血清进行实验,至加入显色液后,加入戊二醛2μl,加入终止液,以全自动酶标仪进行比色,对数据进行分析。结果戊二醛使ELISA各孔显黄色,吸光度值升高,夹心法达阳性判断标准,竞争法达阴性判断标准。结论临床免疫实验室在使用戊二醛消毒剂时,应密切观察显色剂颜色的改变,以便及时发现假阳性及假阴性影响,保证检验结果的准确性。
Objective To survey influence of glutaraldehyde to ELISA testing and provide basis for clinical laboratory to choose suitable disinfector. Methods HBsAg negative serum critical value,HBeAg positive serum and HBeAb critical value negative serum with ELISA were detected while control groups were set. After reaction,glutaraldehyde was put into reactive hole. Results Glutaraldehyde caused colour change absorbency to arise and led to HBsAg faulse positive and HBeAb faulse negative. Conclusion We should observe color change in our work and avoid faulse positive or fault negative.
