摘要
以太极拳为主要对象,对南京地区普通高等院校开展民族传统体育的现状进行调查与分析,结果发现,民族传统体育在南京地区普通高等院校内的开展已呈现蓬勃之势,广大师生对民族传统体育,尤其是太极拳表现出浓厚的兴趣。通过学生的考核成绩,对太极拳的教学效果进行分析,提出一些建议和看法。
A survey on the current situation of the national sports has been carried on in institutions of higher learning in Nanjing. After analyzing, we find the blossom of national sports carried on in higher schools in Nanjing. Both teachers and students show their great enthusiasm and interest in national sports, especially in Taiji. Here we put forward some suggestions and personal opinions based on the analysis of teaching effects of Taiji and the scores of the students＇ performance.
