摘要
选择性罪名既有存在价值,又有缺陷。弥补其缺陷的途径主要有三种:适当限制选择性罪名的数量;规定对实施选择性罪名中数行为的犯罪人从重处罚;罪名的法定化。
Alternative charges shave their significances as well as defects. There are mainly three ways to remedy the defects： one is stipulating alternative charges. The other is limiting the number of alternative charges and the third is giving a heavier punishment to the criminals committing several acts in an alternative charge.
