摘要
证人保护制度是刑事诉讼活动中一项重要的保障措施,目前不少国家和地区都已建立了这项制度。我国虽然也有一些相关的措施散见于现行立法中,但尚不够完善,还不能很好地解决证人因缺乏保护而不愿出庭作证的问题。
As an important protective measure in criminal proceedings, witness protective in several countries and areas. Although there are related measures in our legislation, we still problem that witnesses are not willing to appear in court because of poor protection.
