摘要
全球经济正处于区域贸易安排与多边贸易体制并行发展的时期,两种体制间的协调显得尤为重要。GATT/WTO多边贸易体制允许区域贸易安排的建立并对其作了规制条件,而区域贸易安排对多边贸易体制的影响利弊共存。应确认区域贸易协议与多边贸易体制的兼容关系,并将区域贸易协议的发展置于多边贸易体制的框架之中。
Regional trade block emerges as a parallel force to GATT/WTO multilateral trade system in the international economic system, so it is quite important to harmonize the two systems. GATT/WTO allows the establishment of regional trade with conditions, There are both good and bad effects of the regional trade on multiple trade system, so the cooperative relation between the two systems are supposed to develop, and put the regional trade into the frame of multiple trade system.
