摘要
分析了Pal的模糊边缘提取算法的缺陷,即图像增强区域单一、图像增强后造成低灰度信息的损失、没有做抑噪处理.并针对Pal的模糊增强算法的缺陷提出一种改进的基于模糊增强的边缘提取算法.通过定义新的隶属函数和一种新的模糊增强算法,结合图像平滑滤波处理进行图像边缘提取,有效地增强了边缘信息且抑制了噪声的干扰,并给出了该方法在图像边缘提取中的应用实例.
The paper begins with the analysis of drawbacks in the Pal fuzzy edge extraction algorithm, as being monotony in the image enhancement zone, loss of low gray information resulting from image enhancement and a lack of noise restraint treatment in the enhancement process. Based on the analysis of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the paper attempts to propose an improved fuzzy extraction algorithm. It can be achieved by defining a new membership function and a new fuzzy enhancement function combined with smooth filter of image edge extraction. It, hence, contributes to the enhancement of edge information and the abatement of noise disturbance. In addition, the paper also provides illustrations for its application to the filter process of image edge extraction.
