摘要
目的探讨腰椎间盘突出伴腰椎管狭窄的诊断与手术治疗.方法回顾分析本院1995-01～2005-03间,对42例椎间盘突出合并椎管狭窄病例的诊断与手术治疗,并采用Nakai疗效标准进行评定.结果 42例腰椎间盘突出合并椎管狭窄病例通过双侧开窗减压+髓核摘除,经过平均1.8年的随访,以Nakai疗效标准评定,优良率达92.9%.结论重视腰椎间盘突出的同时有腰椎管狭窄并存的可能,双侧开窗减压+突出椎间盘髓核摘除治疗腰椎间盘突出伴腰椎管狭窄疗效优.
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and operative method for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral combined with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods The clinical materials of 42 cases of such patient who received operation frome January 1995 to March 2005 were analyzed and assessed with the Nakai curative standard. Results The opening decompression in bilaterally and myelin nucleus resection was performed in 42 cases and followed up 1.8 years in average. The good effective rate was 92.9% in Nakai standard. Conclusion There might be possibility that the combination of prolapse of lmnbar intervertebral combined with lumbar spinal stenosis. The opening decompression in bilaterally and myelin nucleus resection might have good curative effect.
