摘要 通过概述国内外在干旱半干旱地区研究和应用径流集水开发水资源的历史和现状,较详尽地阐述了作为径流林业核心的集水造林的理论。从构成一个完整集水系统的各个组成部分、集水造林技术及其效益等方面出发,归纳总结了国内外径流集水造林技术研究的主要内容。主要针对发展中国家的现状,指出了目前集水造林技术在应用上存在着的局限性以及今后研究和应用需要解决的主要问题。 Abstract in order to solve the problem of the lack of water for afforestaion in the aridand semiarid in the world, the runoff-collecting method has been created and put intopractice to add water to raise and survival rate of afforestation and plantation growth.Having briefly generalized the history and present state of research and application ofthe runoff-collecting to exploit water resources, the paper discusses the theory of wateharvesting afforestation taken for the key of runoff forestry in details-The majoresearch contents of water harvesting afforestation in the world are summed up on thebasis of various component parts of an integrated water harvesting system, the techniques and benefits of water harvesting afforestation, ect. In view of the present state in developing countries, the paper points out both the limitations on the application of waterharvesting afforestation technique and the main problems to be solved in future researchand application.
