摘要
本文介绍了国内外国立科研机构的形成及其特点,我国国立科研机构开展研究生教育的历史。国立科研机构在研究生教育方面,与大学相比既有优势又有不足。为更好地发挥国立科研机构在研究生教育方面的作用,提出了若干建议。
This article describes the characteristics of Chinese and foreign state-run research institutions and the history of postgraduate education provided by Chinese state-run research institutions. These research institutions have both advantages and disadvantages in offering postgraduate education compared to regular universities. Based on the analysis, the author offers a number a suggestions for bringing into more effective play the role of such research institutions in postgraduate education.
