摘要
在向教育现代化行进中,教育活动中有许多规范发生了变化,教育工作者因此面临着许多新的问题,如道德、法律规范等问题。本文就师生应有的法律关系、常见的教师侵权行为及其应承担的法律责任,教师应如何正确行使惩戒权等问题进行了探讨。
Educators are faced with many new issues as rules of education are changing in the process of education modernization. These issues include those of an ethical and legal nature. This article presents a discussion of the legal relationship between teachers and students, teachers＇ infringements on students＇ rights and their legal responsibilities in such cases, and the correct ways for teachers to exercise their right to punish the students.
