摘要
中美文化交流始于美国独立战争时期。以儒家文化为主流的中国传统文化,曾对美国的社会变革产生过重要影响。儒家文化在美国的传播一直是中美文化交流的一个重要内容和途径。现代美国儒家大师讨论儒家文化的历史地位、现代价值、世界意义以及儒学研究发展方向的理论动态分析。
Sino-American cultural exchange dated back to the period of American War of Independence. Confucianism- centered traditional Chinese culture exerted great influence on American social transformation. The dissemination of Confucianism has always been occupying an important position and a means of the cultural exchange between China and the US. Modem American Confucian scholars mainly focus on the historical status, modem value, global significance of Confucianism and the dynamic analysis of its development.
