简要的介绍了智能公交运营指挥调度系统的概念与系统组成和万维网地理信息系统(WebGIS)的概念。结合智能公交运营指挥调度系统的特点,探讨了基于WebGIS建立公交信息查询服务子系统和公交车辆监控调度子系统的理论和实现方法。把系统和现存相关系统的作了比较,阐述了运用WebGIS技术的智能公交运营指挥调度系统的优点。
It introduces briefly the concept and the systematic composition of intelligent public transport dispatching system as well as the concept of WebGIS. Combined the characteristics of the intelligent public transport dispatching system with those available, it also discusses the theories and realization methods of public transport information searching system and public transport vehicle monitoring and dispatching system based on WebGIS.
