摘要
随着计算机技术的高速发展,数字化处理的进程日益迅速,特别是在光学中,这种技术已经普遍地应用于全息图的记录和再现、精密测量等领域.介绍了目前国际先进的Digitalholography和白光干涉精密测量的原理.
The principle of recording holograms directly on a CCD and the white light interference measure are described in this paper. There applications were also explained.
