摘要
行政调查种类繁多,不一样的行政调查,各自的程序步骤可能是不一样的。行政调查并没有统一的程序可循。研究行政调查程序步骤可以发现有些程序要件是带有普遍性、共同性的,而这些程序要件对于行政调查而言意义重大。本文认为事先通知、表明身份、收集信息、事后告知、信息公开是行政调查的五大程序要件。
The type of administrative investigation is various, the different administrative investigation maybe have the different procedure. So, administrative investigations don＇t have the same procedure. But after studying, we can find that some important procedure conditions are universal and common. Those important procedure conditions are in a lot of administrative investigations. And those important procedure conditions are of great significance for administrative investigation. In this text, the writer think that “advance notice” . “showing identity”. “collecting information”. “telling afterwards”. “disclosing information” are the five major important procedure conditions of administrative investigation.
