摘要
随着Internet技术的不断发展,设备远程监控与故障诊断成为故障诊断技术发展的必然趋势。本文分析了设备远程监控与故障诊断的结构及工作模式,介绍一种基于Internet的设备远程监控与故障诊断系统,该系统利用现代计算机网络、通讯及自动控制等多项技术,将现场数据采集与处理、实时监控与决策等环节有机的结合,并利用专家系统中的知识库和远程诊断专家对设备故障做出诊断,提高设备故障诊断的可靠性和智能化水平,实现监测、控制与诊断的一体化。
With the continuous development of Internet technology, remote machinery monitor and fault diagnosis technology is the trend of fault diagnosis development. The structure and work model of the technology are analyzed in the paper. The design program of the remote monitor and fault diagnosis system is presented based on Internet. Field data acquisition and processing, real-time monitoring and decision are organically integrated in the system by using modern computer network technology, communication technology and auto-controlled technology exerted the knowledge base of the expert system and remote expert system of fault diagnosis to diagnose the machine. It will improve fault diagnosis reliability of equipment and intellectual level and can realize integration of monitoring, controlling and diagnosis.
