本文讨论了声发射监控法在线监控刀具磨损、破损的原理及实现方法。描述了声发射信号的产生及其特征以及系统硬件原理图。实验及结果证明了此方法的可行性。
This paper discusses the principle and realizing way of AE sensor monitoring the tool cutter breakage and abrasion online, describes the source, characteristics of AE signals and the principle chart, and proves its feasibility by experiment results.
