摘要
车间制造资源的信息化与网络化是企业实施网络化制造战略的前提和基础。本文针对我国中小型制造业的特点,提出一种对传统车间制造资源实施网络化改造以支持网络化制造的方法。首先通过对车间制造资源进行有效地管理,以提高车间管理水平和资源利用率;然后通过企业内部网络与Internet进行通讯,便于其他企业共享车间制造资源;最后基于上述方法开发了一套支持网络化制造的车间制造资源管理系统,该系统具有简单实用和成本低等特点,不仅可实现车间内部设备资源和人力资源的有效管理,同时支持网络化制造环境下设备资源的查询。
In this paper, according to the characters of medium and small enterprises in China, a practical information and network-based manufacture resources management system is presented,which is the foundational and pre-requisite part for the implementation of networked manufacture, for the enterprises to implement networked manufacture. With the system supporting networked manufacture,enterprises can improve the efficiency of manufacture resources management in shop floor and inquire manufacture resources of partners effectively.
