On Hydraulic Properties of Plastic Hose

摘要 塑料软管被广泛应用于农田低压输水灌溉,但至今其水力特性仍未被充分研究。水力学实验表明,塑料软管是水力光滑管,但与硬质塑料管不同,它柔软而富弹性,只有在一定的内水压强下才能显标准圆形断面。内水压强较小时断面收缩且呈非圆形,内水压强较大时断面胀大。所以其水力特性随内水压强而变化。考虑到这些特点,在水力学实验的基础上提出了塑料软管沿程阻力系数计算公式。 The plastic hose has been broadly used in farmland irrigation of low pressure water transfer pipeline.However,the hydraulic properties of the plastic hose have not been sufficiently studied up to now. The hydraulic experiment has proved that the standard circular section of the plastic hose can only be formed in the condition of a certain internal water pressure because the plastic hose is hydraulic smooth pipe,soft and elastic and different from the hard texture plastic pipe. When the internal water pressure is lower,the pipe section will be shrunk and become into non-circular section.Therefore,the hydraulic properties of the plastic hose will be changed as the internal water pressure varying.By considering those properties,a calculation formula of on line resistant coefficient is presented based on the hydraulic experiment.
