摘要
目的:探讨额窦引流系统的CT解剖特征。方法:采用螺旋CT,对15例正常成人头颅骨骼标本行横断位扫描,并在工作站行冠状面和矢状面重建。结果:螺旋CT三维成像技术能清楚显示钩突的附着部位和类型,其中在30侧钩突中,纸样板12侧,鼻丘气房3侧,中鼻甲7侧,前颅底5侧,分叉3侧;在额隐窝气房26侧中,终末气房15侧,鼻丘气房5侧,前筛气房6侧;额窦内气房28侧,有额气房8侧,眶上气房12侧,额窦中隔气房即M气房8侧。结论:了解额窦引流系统的CT解剖特征,可以为慢性额窦炎术前提供有用的信息。
Objective:To study the CT anatomic features of frontal drainage system. Methods: 15 cases of normal adults head specimens underwent axial spiral CT scanming with coronal and sagittal 3-dimensional reconstruction.Results: 3-dimensional reconstruction spiral CT could clearly demonstrate the location and type of uneinate process. Of 30 sides of uneinate process, it adhered to the lamina papyracea in 12 sides(40%), agger nasi wall in 3 sides(10%), middle turbinate in 7 sides(23.3%), floor of anterior cranial fossa in 5 sides (16.7%), and uneinate process furcation in 3 sides(10%). Of 26 sides of frontal recess cells, terminal ceils accounted for 15 sides(57.7%), agger nasi cells in 5 eases(19.2%), anterior ethmoidal cells in 6 sides(23.1%), Of the 28 eases of intrafrontal cells, frontal ceils accounted for 8 sides (28.6%), superobital cells in 12 eases (42.9%), septum of frontal sinus cells (M cells) in 8 eases (28.8%). Conclusion: The demonstration of the anatomic features of frontal sinus on spiral CT can provide useful information for chronic frontal sinusitis.
